Allergies and Nut-Free Zone
All programs and camps have been designated NUT-FREE. We are requesting cooperation in partnering with us to ensure a safe environment for children with nut allergies. Parents with children that have a nut allergy are requested to notify the Park District as soon as possible by completing an Allergy Action Plan Form.
Other Allergies: If your child has any other known allergies, please fill out the Allergy Action Plan Form to keep on file.
