Park District 2025 Tax Levy Request

The River Forest Park District Board of Commissioners will be taking action at their 12/8/25 Board Meeting on a 5% Tax Rate increase request for the 2026-2027 Park District budget. The tax rate request is to capture the expected 2024 2.9% CPI and an estimated $2.5M new growth. The Park District is only allowed to collect CPI and new growth in the tax levy request.
