Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program that moms can do WITH their stroller-aged children. It includes power walking/jogging and strength intervals using exercise tubing, body weight and the environment. Taught by certified fitness instructors (who are also moms), it is a great workout for ANY level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to engage and entertain baby, so mom is able to enjoy her 60-minute workout.

Ages: Moms should be at least 6 weeks postpartum or have physician’s approval to exercise. Pregnant moms are welcome! Children are welcome at any age, as long as they can remain in the stroller (for safety reasons).
Bring: Any type of stroller is appropriate, as long as there is adequate support for baby’s head. Umbrella strollers are discouraged for this reason. We recommend using a car seat attachment for babies until at least 6 months of age. Bring water and a yoga mat, as well as any snacks and toys you might need to keep kiddos entertained.
